We are seeking a Marketing Capabilities Program Lead - Learning & Engagement to help bring this vision to life. As a key member of the Marketing Capabilities team, this role will design and deliver learning programs and experiences through the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Academy (MCE Academy)—including developing and curating learning content with subject matter experts, driving learner engagement and communications, managing program delivery, and maintaining the Academy experience.
We’re looking for someone who combines Learning & Development expertise, strong program execution,



and exceptional communication skills with an AI-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Learning Content & Experience
- Curate and develop high-quality learning content, online learning modules, toolkits, job aids, presentations and other performance-support materials.
- Translate business needs and subject matter expertise into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning principles to create practical and business-relevant learning solutions.
- Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development, research, curation, and learning design.

Communications & Employee Engagement
- Develop communications and engagement plans that drive awareness, participation, and adoption of MCE Academy programs.
- Create learner communications, newsletters, campaigns, and program updates that are clear, engaging, and audience-focused.
