Project Manager – Retail E-commerce / Website Experience

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Mexico with a strong background in website development, e-commerce, and retail technologies.
This role will focus on leading customer-facing website initiatives and partnering closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to build and enhance compelling digital customer experiences.
The adecuado candidate understands how e-commerce websites connect the customer journey with retail fulfillment operations, including Same Day Delivery, shipping options, Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), and store inventory availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing website and e-commerce projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to define and deliver engaging digital customer experiences.
- Manage project roadmaps, scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks,



and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, product, design, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate complex business and customer experience requirements into manageable project plans and deliverables.
- Support website functionality related to retail fulfillment and the customer purchasing journey.
- Coordinate initiatives involving Same Day Delivery, shipping options, BOPIS, and store inventory availability.
- Facilitate project planning, prioritization, requirements discussions, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and proactively drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business and customer experience objectives.
