Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to L3 and L4 business leaders, enabling execution of business strategy through talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions.



The role partners closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, and People Care) to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent outcomes, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership & Leadership Coaching
- Build deep understanding of the business strategy, operating priorities, and organizational challenges.
- Translate business objectives into talent and workforce strategies.
- Partner with L3/L4 leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, and capability planning. Provide strategic consultation on organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline discussions.
- Identify critical talent risks and develop retention strategies. Support leadership assessment
