Primary Purpose

Coordinate and support Learning & Development and Talent Management programs in Mexico, ensuring alignment with global initiatives, local business needs, and HR standards. This role supports employee development, leadership programs, Performance Management, Talent Reviews, employee listening initiatives, and training compliance, including SIRCE requirements.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in coordinating learning programs, maintaining documentation, reporting metrics, and supporting talent development initiatives.

What You Will Do

Learning & Talent Management
- Coordinate the execution of local and global learning and development programs.
- Support leadership development, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for Performance Management, Talent Review,



and employee listening processes.
- Monitor participation, completion rates, and follow-up actions, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain Talent Review documentation, development plans, and process trackers.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR and business leaders.
- Adapt communications and support implementation of development initiatives and action plans.

Learning Operations
- Identify and consolidate learning needs based on business priorities, talent reviews, employee feedback, and development plans.
- Support the implementation of global learning solutions and approved local training programs.
- Coordinate vendors, facilitators, schedules, materials, and participant communications.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, learning calendars, and program documentation.
- Support reporting, budget tracking, and program effectiveness monitoring.
