Your Role and Impact

As a Finance Operations and Controls Manager, you will lead a team of people leaders within the Business Service Center (BSC), driving operational excellence, financial compliance, and high-quality service delivery. You will play a key role in developing leadership capability, strengthening governance and internal controls,



and ensuring the integrity of financial information provided to stakeholders and auditors.

This role partners closely with local, regional, and general stakeholders to improve finance processes, manage risk, support business transitions, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals and people leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations to ensure efficient service delivery, appropriate resource allocation, service-level performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive talent management activities, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, development plans, mentoring, cross-training, and employee engagement.
- Oversee financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management in accordance with Flowserve policies, US GAAP, SOX
