Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Manage customer inquiries received through multiple communication channels.
- Provide telephone support and customer advisory services.
- Track and monitor ocean freight shipments.
- Respond to customer requests received via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain direct communication with customers, customs brokers, port personnel, and overseas agents.
- Follow up on booking requests and shipment status.
- Analyze customer cases and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution.
- Prioritize customer requests according to urgency and business impact.




- Escalate recurring customer issues and service improvement opportunities when necessary.
- Support customers in their digital journey by providing guidance and education on available tools and services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience in the shipping or maritime industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
