REGIONAL LEAD (REAL ESTATE AND CORPORATE SECURITY)




This opportunity is for candidates based in Brazil, Mexico City or Guadalajara.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Regional Lead is responsible for end-to-end real estate and corporate security execution across an assigned international region (Americas minus US). This role ensures the effective delivery of real estate, facilities, and security programs across a diverse portfolio of offices, clinics, laboratories, and manufacturing sites. Operating within a highly outsourced model, the leader drives execution through third‑party partners while maintaining strong governance over cost, quality, and risk. The role serves as the primary partner to Country Managers and regional business leaders, aligning real estate and security strategies with business priorities and local market dynamics. This role reports to the Head of International Real Estate & Corporate Security.
