Your Role
As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for Capgemini’s integral clients. You will leverage modern Java technologies, Spring Framework, microservices architecture, and database technologies to deliver scalable and reliable applications. Working within a collaborative environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes while contributing to technical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities & Scope
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Framework




- Build scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Develop, optimize, and support database-driven applications ensuring performance and reliability
- Participate in application design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development team
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects and performance issues
- Support application deployments and production releases while ensuring system stability
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the team
