Who we are
Well-established company in the international trade and freight/parcel forwarding sector, operating in Zapopan, Jalisco, specialized in providing import solutions to industrial and manufacturing clients. We are looking to add to our sales team someone with a strong prospecting mindset, negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, parcel/freight forwarding, or international trade.
- Proven experience prospecting new clients (cold calls, field visits, networking, LinkedIn).
- Full sales-cycle management: prospecting, quoting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of international logistics processes, incoterms, transportation modes, and customs documentation.




- Fluent English to communicate with international clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel (field visits outside the local area).

Main activities
- Build your own database of potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing segment through calls, visits, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Actively prospect new clients with frequent import potential and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Execute the full sales cycle: needs assessment, quoting, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Develop customized quotes for international parcel/freight services.
- Update the CRM daily and report on key indicators: conversion, new clients, and goal achievement.
- Support clients throughout the operational process, resolving questions about routes, transit times, documentation, and logistics costs.
