Overview
We're seeking a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer (.NET + SQL) - Financial Reporting Systems to provide L1/L2 production support for business-critical reporting and distribution platforms within a financial services environment.
In this role, you'll support enterprise applications responsible for report generation, data processing,



integrations, reconciliation activities, and downstream distribution workflows. You'll investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, validate data across multiple systems, and collaborate with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure operational stability and service excellence.
This position is idóneo for professionals with strong Application Support, Production Support, SQL, Reporting Operations, and .NET support experience who enjoy troubleshooting complex production environments.
This role is open to candidates at either the Senior or Lead level, depending on experience and overall alignment with the role’s requirements. The final level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and technical expertise.
