About the company
We are building the payments infrastructure that moves money across borders faster and cheaper than the rails it replaces. Cross-border payments, mass payouts, treasury and compliance, for fintech platforms, PSPs, neobanks and enterprises. We use stablecoin orchestration under the hood, and our customers don't need to know or care. They care that the money lands.
We are small; we are building the product while we sell it, and MXN support goes live in the next couple of months, with BRL behind it.
The role
This is the first go-to-market hire in the region. Currently, our co-founder is running sales, and our account management team is covering calls that shouldn't reach them. You will take the entire presales cycle off their hands and make it yours.
You will:
• Own the cycle from first touch through to signed contract, then hand off cleanly to account management
• Build the ICP for Latin America and keep sharpening it against what you hear on calls
• Build outbound from the foundation we have laid, and tune inbound so nothing good slips through
• Run your own discovery and sales calls, with founder support when it helps close
• Find what nobody in the company knows about this market yet, and bring it back fast enough to shape the roadmap
You will report directly to our co-founder and sit in Business Operations. HubSpot, Clay, Unify, and Gong are already set up, and you will have a say in what else we buy.
What we are looking for
• 2+ years of experience selling in payments, PSPs, fintech infrastructure, or a comparable environment in Latin America
• Solid understanding of how payments actually work. Settlement, FX, payouts, the compliance layer, who touches the money and when
• Experience selling to technical and finance buyers, holding your own with both
• Spanish-speaking preferred; placed in Mexico. Portuguese is a plus if you are Brazil-based. English for working with the team
• You want the commission. A 40 to 50 percent variable component
