Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A.; The North America FP&A; team is responsible for leading North America financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes, including Flash,



Rolling Orders Forecast, Quarter End Close, Actuals support, and Long-Term Planning (LTP). The team directly supports North America’s Sales Finance teams including the BU Finance and Segment Finance teams, Sales Leadership, and SS&PP; organizations to ensure accurate financial submissions, alignment of planning assumptions, and timely delivery of executive insights. The team drives data integrity across planning systems, provides strategic financial analysis, supports executive reporting, and helps leadership make informed business decisions through actionable financial and operational insights.

Responsibilities:
- Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
