Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Ensures compliance and provides import / export administration and control within government rules and regulations.
- Provides user support for export system including problem resolution, customs queries, user issues and recommends/supports systems changes.
- Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
- Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.
- Responds to requests for support/service and develop processes to meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction.




- Provides necessary data for bid activity on import/ export and transportation related costs.
- Monitors activities of the team against defined objectives, reports on achievements and proposes ways in which performance can be improved.
- Maintains applicable system tables in support of related activity.
- Good knowledge of electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
- Strong understanding and interpretation of traffic and customs rules and regulation.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.
- Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
