Role Mission

Support and manage Accounts Payable processes for SAMY Mexico and the US, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with Mexican tax requirements, while contributing to process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and record supplier invoices from Mexico and the US.
• Manage payment layouts, bank reconciliations, and payment processes.




• Review Mexican tax requirements, including withholdings for individuals.
• Manage communication and follow-up with suppliers, particularly influencers.
• Handle financial information in USD and MXN, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Support the automation and improvement of Accounts Payable processes, understanding the accounting logic behind transactions.

Skills & Experience

• Degree or studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax requirements, particularly withholdings for individuals.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, autonomy, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite and banking platforms is a
