Location: Polanco, Mexico City
Schedule: Full-time 2pm-10pm and one weekend day 8am-4pm

Teva Wellness Lifestyle is an exclusive wellness club located in the heart of Polanco. We offer a premium fitness experience with state-of-the-art equipment, personalized training, luxury grooming, holistic wellness services, and a curated healthy dining concept. Our reception team is the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for the Teva experience.
We are currently seeking a bilingual Receptionist who is passionate about fitness and wellness, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and respond to inquiries both in person and via WhatsApp/email
• Provide information about memberships, services, and scheduling
• Coordinate with trainers,



spa personnel, and bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area
• Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Support the sales team by providing tours and presenting club benefits to potential members when needed

Requirements:
• Bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and healthy living
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or fitness industry preferred
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
