Summary of Position:
LawRank is seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Success Coordinator (CSC) to serve as a reliable liaison between our team and our clients while directly supporting our Client Success Managers. This role helps keep projects moving, client requests on track, and clients confident that their marketing is in good hands.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, client-focused, curious about digital marketing, and comfortable collaborating across teams. This position also provides hands-on exposure to SEO, paid media, website development, and client strategy,



creating opportunities for continued growth within Client Success.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver on Client Needs: Ensure client needs are met and exceeded at every stage, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.
• Support Client Communications: Assist Client Success Managers with client communications and requests while helping build strong, trusting relationships.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development, to keep projects moving and provide a seamless client experience.
• Support Client Reporting: Help prepare client reports and performance updates by gathering data and organizing insights that demonstrate campaign performance.
