Position Purpose
As a Financial Advisor - AIFA, you will be part of the Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory team, supporting major transactions and strategic initiatives for ENGIE in Mexico and Latin America.
Your mission will be to support the valuation and risk analysis of new projects, develop financial models, and contribute to the structuring and execution of M&A; and project financing transactions.
Your Impact
You will contribute directly to our mission by performing key responsibilities such as:
Assist in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents for medium to large transactions, aligned with ENGIE Group project finance practices.
Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, ensuring the accuracy of key inputs and proposing relevant sensitivity analyses.
Manage internal approval processes for new economic commitments and associated financing arrangements.
Contribute to financial due diligence for M&A; opportunities, including coordination with external financial advisors.
Ensure compliance with investment guidelines, valuation methodologies
