What will you do?

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standards
• Manage the Learning Corner, coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance materials to maximize learning and performance
• Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges
