Industrialization Chemist, Your future position?

As a Industrialization Chemist for our fragrance & beauty division based in our Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro plant, you will develop and implement improved or new product/ingredient processing techniques of less complex nature to industrialize new ingredients at required quality and cost levels,



reporting to the Industrialization Manager.

In This Exciting Role You Will

• Provide technical input for designing the Industrialization strategy and definition of related goals based on market intelligence (e.g. new technologies and input provided by team members, i.e. Engineering, Science & Technology, Commercial, among others.
• Scout market and work with adjacent functions to identify and test new ingredients/products processing techniques/technologies to be on-boarded and deployed within factories.
• Experiment new/different ways in using existing/new technologies and related products/ingredients processing (e.g. synthesis of fragrance ingredients).
