Principal Function:
The Sourcing Coordinator supports the growth of Aragon USA by identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with chemical product suppliers, both regional and international. Based in Mexico, this role serves as the operational bridge between prospective suppliers and the Director of Growth & Finance, handling supplier vetting, negotiation support, pricing analysis, and cross-border logistics coordination to help expand Aragon USA's distribution portfolio.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Supplier Identification and Vetting
• Identify and evaluate new chemical product suppliers, both domestic (Mexico) and international, for potential distribution through Aragon USA.
• Support supplier vetting, including certifications (e.g., REACH), pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and overall reliability.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and prospective suppliers to support long-term sourcing needs.

2. Pricing and Terms Analysis
• Prepare comparative pricing and terms analysis to support sourcing decisions and margin evaluation.
• Support negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers.
• Track and maintain accurate records of supplier quotes, terms, and agreements.
