JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a legal assistant (Pasante) interested in starting his professional development with us. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals in various administrative and clerical task.

WORKING SCHEDULE:
9:00 - 14:00 hrs (Monday to friday)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:




• Manage and organize legal files, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible,
• Follow-up of proceedings in local and federal courts, both physically and electronically,
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support attorneys in case preparations and legal opinions,
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, and manage attorney calendars,
• Draft and proofread easy legal documents and correspondece;
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information,

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• *Law undergraduate student (currently between the second and fifth semester),
• *Advanced English,
• Previous litigation experience (desired but not mandatory),
• *Own car.
