Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy throughout the customer journey. This role will be responsible for creating and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that improve customer experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.
The adecuado candidate combines marketing strategy, customer insights, analytics, and campaign execution expertise to deliver personalized communications that foster long-term customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, renewal, upsell, and reactivation.
• Design and manage automated customer journeys using email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other digital channels.




• Create customer segmentation frameworks to deliver personalized experiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align messaging and customer engagement strategies.

Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, content, timing, and channel effectiveness.
• Develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign performance and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, product adoption, and lifetime value.

Content & Customer Experience
• Partner with content, brand, and product marketing teams to develop compelling customer communications.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
