About the Role

At Essity, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Activation Manager to join the Tork Customer Marketing team, leading the execution of commercial and marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth through our distribution channels.

Customer Marketing at Tork plays a critical role in accelerating growth by connecting strategy with sales. The team works across functions to transform business priorities into effective market execution, ensuring commercial excellence through distributor engagement, brand activation, portfolio implementation, training,



and demand generation initiatives.

The main focus of the position is to lead brand activations, distributor programs, sales training initiatives, events, product launches, and portfolio execution projects, ensuring successful implementation aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead the implementation of Customer Marketing initiatives for the Tork brand, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with business growth and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement growth programs for distributors and their sales teams.
• Support portfolio execution strategies, including product launches, product enhancement, and portfolio rationalization.
