Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the customer journey. This role will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization to improve customer experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize campaign ROI.
The idóneo candidate combines campaign strategy, project management, analytics, and execution expertise to deliver well-planned, on-time, on-budget campaigns that support long-term customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage end-to-end campaign plans, timelines, and budgets across email, paid media, social, and other digital channels.
• Write and manage creative briefs, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines, target audience, and business objectives.
• Build and manage multi-channel campaign calendars, coordinating launches across email, SMS, push notifications,



in-app messaging, and paid channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Creative, and Marketing teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize creative, messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness.
• Develop post-campaign reports and dashboards, providing actionable recommendations based on performance and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with content, brand, and product marketing teams to develop compelling campaign creative and messaging.
• Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all campaign touchpoints.
