Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic Human Resources Administrative and Back-Office Transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of technology capabilities that simplify HR operations,



improve employee and administrator experiences, and increase process efficiency.

The role is accountable for translating HR transformation objectives into executable technology delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex technical dependencies, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable solutions across HR administrative processes.

Working closely with HR, Enterprise Architecture, SAP, Data, Automation, Product and external implementation partners, the Technical Delivery Lead ensures that transformation initiatives are delivered with strong execution discipline, while maximizing automation, standardization, process efficiency and business value.
