The role

VSI is looking for a Business Central Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of Microsoft Business Central in our Mexico operations. You will work closely with the UK-based Business Central team and colleagues across finance, IT and other business functions to deliver a successful implementation that meets both local and Group requirements.

This role combines system implementation, user support, process improvement and reporting responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring Microsoft Business Central is configured effectively, supports local regulatory requirements and provides reliable financial information for operational and Group reporting.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Business Central Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in Mexico, using the Microsoft localised version.
• Identify and address local business,



statutory and compliance requirements throughout the implementation process.
• Support and coordinate a robust user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure the system is fit for purpose.
• Configure and maintain the local Business Central environment, including system settings, integrations, security and data integrity controls.
• Provide first-line technical support to users in Mexico during the post-go-live hypercare period.
• Create and deliver training materials and user documentation to support adoption of the system.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience and business processes.
• Explore and support the use of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure financial systems support both Group reporting requirements and local regulatory obligations.
