About the Role

Lead and ensure the proper management of the operation’s financial, accounting, and cost functions, providing accurate and timely information to support business decision-making. Responsible for P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, manufacturing costs, inventory, cash flow, and financial analysis of projects, contributing to the profitability and growth of the organization. Act as a strategic business partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Management by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the monthly P&L;, Budget, and Forecast.
• Project sales, costs, expenses, and profitability, analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
• Calculate break-even point, contribution margin, and financial scenarios.
• Present financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Management and Corporate Finance.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor Standard Cost and calculate actual manufacturing costs.
• Analyze variances related to materials, labor, overhead,



purchase prices, efficiency, scrap, and absorption.
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory days, turnover, obsolescence, and inventory variances.
• Lead and ensure timely completion of the monthly financial close.
• Coordinate audits and follow up on findings and corrective action plans.
• Evaluate the financial impact of expansion projects, new products, and capacity investments.
• Prepare ROI, Payback, and CAPEX analyses.
• Monitor CAPEX budgets and presente spending.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• P&L;, Budget, and Forecast accuracy and achievement.
• Cost variance control and reduction.
• Margin and productivity improvement.
• Inventory and working capital optimization.
• Audit and internal control compliance.
