This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on managing a high-volume candidate pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment.
You’ll take ownership of candidates from initial conversations through later interview stages, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
The role combines candidate assessment, pipeline management, hiring-manager partnership, and proactive recruiting problem-solving.
You’ll conduct a significant volume of candidate conversations while maintaining strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, calibrate expectations, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.

Accountabilities:

Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate introductory calls each week while maintaining a high standard of candidate engagement and assessment.

Introduce candidates to the organization’s culture, open positions, expectations, and interview process in a clear and compelling way.

Assess candidates’ experience, communication abilities, motivations, and alignment with role requirements.

•
Independently manage candidates throughout the recruiting funnel, from initial conversations through subsequent interview stages.

•
Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines, including interview stages, notes, follow-ups, and relevant recruiting activity.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and ensure candidate profiles match business need
