Thermo Fisher Scientific LATAM are looking for an Account Manager based in Monterrey and responsible for the North zone of México (Nuevo León, Coahuila, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, Zacatecas, Durango, Chihuahua and Aguascalientes). The role holder will be responsible for develop different markets, implementing sales strategy and tactics for related product lines and applications to achieve sales figures in line with the Company’s strategy and growth initiatives within the Region. Therefore, the ability to think critically and plan optimally are key skills required.

Responsibilities include crafting, implementing,



tracking, and reporting performances of the sales plan, targets, and forecasts. Drive our solutions by working with marketing and global business units. Partner with our Specialists in the region to identify and develop potential leads.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Create and present weekly and quarterly forecasts
- Sales forecasting, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Assess skills, needs, and build lasting and productive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Seek new accounts and generate and/or follow up on leads
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and product training
- Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
- Maintain and expand the customer database within your territory
- Build and promote lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding
