We are looking for an experienced Senior P&C; Generalist to serve as the primary operational People & Culture presence for Latin America. Based in Mexico City, this role supports employees across Mexico, Brazil, and additional LATAM countries where Milestone operates through an Employer of Record (EOR). This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the Mexico City office.
This is a broad, hands‑on role requiring a high degree of independence, sound judgment, and strong regional knowledge. You will own day‑to‑day P&C; operations, employee lifecycle processes, regional compliance, and EOR administration while supporting the execution of Americas and global P&C; programs across LATAM.
You will work closely with our People Partners, providing local expertise and operational support, particularly where language, cultural context, or country‑specific employment practices are important. The role will also coordinate workplace operations for our Mexico City office, partnering with global teams and external vendors to keep the site running effectively.
What You Will Do




People Operations & Regional Support
- Own day‑to‑day P&C; operations and employee lifecycle activities across LATAM, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, documentation, benefits coordination, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data and coordinate payroll inputs and employment documentation with internal teams and external providers.
- Support People Partners and managers with regional expertise, local language support, and execution of employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and other People activities.
- Serve as an accessible local P&C; resource for employees, connecting more complex matters to the appropriate People Partner or specialist.
