About the role
We're looking for a sharp, reliable independent contractor to support our day-to-day operations and be a key point of contact for our customers.

What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US customers
- Provide technical support over phone and email
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot remote devices and cellular bonding connections
- Support quotes, follow-ups, onboarding, and account questions
- Help with other technical and business tasks that keep operations running

Requirements
- Peplink Certified Engineer (PCE) or Peplink Certified Associate (PCA)




- Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written (C1/C2 level). This role involves speaking directly with US customers every day on sales and technical calls.
- Strong networking fundamentals (WAN, LAN, VPN, firewall, cellular)
- Clear, professional communication on the phone and in writing
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Able to invoice as an independent contractor in your country

Nice to have
- Previous sales or customer support experience with US companies
- Experience supporting live events or remote network operations

Coverage
- Support coverage is needed during US Eastern Time business hours
