Sarelly is a fast-growing makeup and fashion brand created for Hispanic Gen Z, with bold aesthetics, high-performance products and a distinct cultural point of view. Founded in Mexico, we sell through e-commerce, TikTok Shop, retail and physical experiences, and we're growing fast in the US.

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help run the day-to-day engine behind Sarelly USA: our TikTok community, TikTok Shop, creator campaigns and the operations that keep them moving. If you live on TikTok, love beauty, and get satisfaction from keeping things organized, this role is for you.

What you'll do
• Community management: Manage Sarelly USA's TikTok community every day. Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice and flag sentiment trends to the team.
• TikTok Shop operations: Keep the catalog accurate and support day-to-day store operations.
• Customer care:



Answer customer questions like a true brand ambassador. Resolve order issues and follow-ups through Shopify and TikTok Shop, quickly and in the brand voice.
• Campaign tracking and reporting: Track the performance of social commerce campaigns, build clear weekly reports, and point out what's working.
• Creator and partner coordination: Handle the admin side of creator and partner collaborations: briefs, timelines, product seeding and follow-ups.
• Sample Shipments: Create and track product shipment orders for creators, campaigns and collaborations.
• Trend and competitor watch: Keep an eye on US beauty competitive landscape, TikTok trends, retail/Social activity, and bring ideas to the team.
• Launch support: Help coordinate assets, calendars and logistics for product launches and brand activations.

What we're looking for
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce or community management. Internships count.
