Role: Business analyst – Intelligent Automation
• Strong business analysis experience with experience of working on automation assessments and further end to end automation projects using ‘Automation Anywhere (A360)’ platform.
• Should have working knowledge of APA (Agentic Process Automation) offerings by Automation Anywhere platform
• Proven ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, requirement/design reviews, UAT sessions directly with customer.
• Excellent documentations skills and facilitations skills
• Should have experience in interacting with senior stakeholders from business as well as IT functions in customer organization.
• Should have hands-on experience of working on APA use case – end to end automation implementation using APA offerings.
• Should be well aware of various tools / offerings by Automation Anywhere A360 Platform including APA offerings.
• Should have fluent verbal & written communication skills in both – English & Spanish languages
• Ability to nurture good relationships with various stakeholders so as to meet project objectives.
• Will be required to work from customer location in Monterrey – Mexico as per project requirements.
