As a Learning Delivery Analyst (Temporary 6-month contract) within our Integral People team,



you will drive the operational success of our global training programs and maintain the integrity of our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, your primary objective will be executing end-to-end training logistics and virtual session facilitation to ensure a seamless learner experience and complete regulatory compliance. By connecting employees with continuous learning and growth opportunities, you will directly support key business priorities and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including scheduling offerings, target audience identification, gap reporting, and prompt completion tracking to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct operational and logistical planning for instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer programs, overseeing scheduling, content testing, and deployment communications.
• Serve as host and primary technical moderator for live virtual sessions, providing real-time support to instructors and participan
