About the Role
KION Group IT is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our integral ServiceNow Platform Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support IT Service Management across KION Group. You will work closely with platform architects, business stakeholders, and international development teams while contributing to the growth of the KION IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
This position is ideal for a ServiceNow professional with strong development, integration, and stakeholder-management experience who is interested in working in a global enterprise environment.
What You Will Do
• Recommend, develop, configure, and maintain customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform designs and technical solutions.
• Develop new functionalities in alignment with the ServiceNow architecture, platform roadmap, governance standards, and business strategy.




• Serve as a technical point of contact for ServiceNow-related questions and platform support.
• Design and develop use cases in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ITSM and Customer Service Management solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with application developers and technical teams to ensure effective data management and integration.
• Provide training to stakeholders on new ServiceNow functionalities and platform capabilities.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of ServiceNow across KION Group.
• Support projects involving globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
