MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Position Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience who is interested in continuing to develop their career while working onsite in the United States.
The idóneo candidate has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments, technologies, equipment, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on the project and assigned area, but may include:
• Support the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Analyze mechanical problems and identify practical and effective solutions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance,



operations, production, and other technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and records.
• Learn new equipment, technologies, processes, and systems as required by the project.
• Follow applicable safety procedures, engineering standards, and client requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and independently research solutions when necessary.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related technical functions.
• Good conversational English with the ability to communicate in a professional work environment.
• Practical experience working with mechanical equipment, systems, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial operations, projects, or similar engineering environments.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and
