Join Kuehne+Nagel and play a key role in coordinating customer-focused export operations within our Sea Logistics team.

How you create impact

• Coordinate maritime export operations according to customer instructions and established procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing follow-up throughout the export operation.
• Coordinate ocean shipments with origin and destination offices/sites.
• Follow up on maritime export processes, ensuring timely execution and KPI compliance.
• Create and update Working Instructions (WI) and SOPs for assigned accounts.




• Support the implementation and reimplementation of maritime logistics business.
• Coordinate with OCC, Commercial, Finance and other internal teams involved in the operation.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics, with experience in maritime operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Logistics and Incoterms.
• Knowledge of customs processes.
• Advanced English.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts, work under pressure and collaborate with different teams.
