About the Role

Lead the end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of various cooling components, ensuring they’re properly integrated and meet all functional objectives both at component level, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet performance, safety, quality, and timing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, validation,



and release of various cooling components, ensuring they’re properly integrated and meet all functional objectives both at component.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that cooling components meet performance, safety, and quality standards, while contributing to the overall vehicle objectives.
• Create, maintain, and manage the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R;) and Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) documents for cooling components, ensuring comprehensive validation and risk management.
• Drive the achievement of program timing milestones by effectively coordinating tasks, resources, and activities within the project timeline.
• Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles to guide the development process and ensure robust product launches.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to conduct simulations and analyses, optimizing component designs for efficien
