About This Role

As a Software Lead in Core Ria Systems, you will set the technical direction for the backend services, integrations, and full-stack components that power Ria's general financial ecosystem. You will lead a small team of engineers through the full software development lifecycle — owning design decisions, driving engineering quality, and mentoring others — while remaining hands-on in the codebase.

You will be accountable for ensuring our high-volume systems remain scalable, resilient, and aligned with the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.

• Mentor and grow engineers through pairing, code review, and structured feedback; support onboarding and skills development across the team.
• Set and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, branching, documentation, and observability.
• Partner with product, architecture, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to translate business objectives into a realistic technical roadmap.
