Buscamos un Backoffice Anti-Fraud Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de Risk & Fraud Operations en DiDi. En este rol analítico y operativo, serás responsable de evaluar el riesgo de los usuarios desde su registro, ejecutar verificaciones profundas de KYC adaptadas al mercado mexicano y analizar flujos transaccionales complejos para proteger nuestro ecosistema financiero y soluciones de pago. Mitigarás riesgos a lo largo del ciclo de vida del usuario identificando intentos de fraude sintético, detectando patrones de toma de control de cuentas (ATO) y monitoreando transacciones SPEI procesadas a través de STP, al mismo tiempo que validarás señales de logística/envíos e inteligencia de dispositivos.

Role Responsibilities

Supervisarás el flujo de verificación en onboarding evaluando credenciales de identificación mexicanas (elementos y candados de seguridad de INE/IFE) para prevenir el fraude sintético y la creación de cuentas no autorizadas. De manera paralela
