Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Sales Support Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting LATAM Sales Operations processes across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution of business-critical activities within Salesforce, SAP, MC1, Angular,



MicroStrategy and related platforms. The role provides operational support to business stakeholders, functional teams and team members across LATAM, promotes process standardization, develops and maintains process documentation, and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification and operational efficiency. The position acts as a key liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring high-quality service, process compliance and operational excellence.

Your Impact

As LATAM Sales Enablement Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of …

• Execute and maintain critical Sales Operations processes across LATAM markets, ensuring accuracy, SLAs and business continuity.

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve process maps, desktop procedures (DTPs), work instructions and knowledge management documentation to ensure consistency and operational continuity.
