Your role at Baxter:
You as, Sr Analyst, Production Planning, will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining schedules to ensure the achievement of operational and business objectives. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, productivity, plan attainment, levels of completed product stock,



and customer service performance while considering raw material availability, production capacity, and demand requirements.

What you will be doing:
• Develop, analyze, and implement production plans to support customer demand while balancing inventory targets, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors and Value Stream Leaders to ensure timely execution of production schedules and achievement of the master production plan.
• Supervise and lead inventory levels of assigned product families and finished goods to meet inventory targets while minimizing backorders and excess inventory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Production and Demand Planning regarding production plan changes, constraints, and supply risks.
