The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for the daily execution and control of
customs compliance processes for the IMMEX operation. The primary focus is to maintain




the integrity of master data within the Anexo 24 system and ensure the proper assembly of
the corporate legal archive in coordination with the external customs broker. Additionally,
the analyst will provide adaptable support to daily traffic operations on specific occasions, as
required by workload or team needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Master Data Management (Anexo 24): Input, upload, and register part numbers,
Bill of Materials (BOMs), and cost structures into the compliance system,
complementing data from SAP; ensure information is kept up to date by following
up with Engineering and Purchasing departments.

• Legal File Integration: Compile, review, and organize the electronic foreign trade
file, ensuring the Customs Broker delivers all supporting documentation in a timely
and proper manner, strictly complying with Articles 6, 36, and 36-A of the Mexican
Customs Law (XMLs, e-documents, COVEs, value declarations, etc.).
