Position Profile

Endline making process, Endline quality control and assurance, Endline food safety, Endline sorter.

Responsabilities

• Carry out tasks and provide services that ensure quality in the different stages of the process and final product, complying with the established inspection frequency.
• Coordinate functions of quality inspectors.
• Audit compliance with quality inspections according to the frequency established in the quality control sheet. Report the results of said audits in a timely manner.

Position Requirement & Competencies

• Work experience in the area.
• Broad training ground, usually required through high school education,



career technical or equivalent.

Skills

• To apply standard evaluation and modification of standard quality assurance techniques, procedures and criteria.
• To identify product defects using proper inspection procedures and test equipment.
• To learn internal and customer specifications.
• To maintain and care for the inspection equipment.
• To use tables and graphs.
• To operate and functionally use a computer.
• To work as a team.
• To communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• To work in shifts.
• To lead a work team.

Knowledge

• Job knowledge of the following areas: Documentary Control, Preventive Actions and Corrective Actions, Control and Management of Non-Conforming Product, Traceability, HACCP, Functional and Dimensional Tests, Follow-up of Customer Complaints / Claims, Internal and Customer Specifications.
