Objective of the position:
Develop and implement the Human Resources strategies and programs for Unionized and Non-unionaized personnel for Planta Toluca, based on DVCM guidelines and policies in order to guarantee in quantity and quality the appropriate personnel,



within a working climate conducive to support the achievement and objectives of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation and normativity.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

• More than 3 years of experience on related HR processes
• Knowledge in Mexican Labor Law
• Knowledge in Personnel Administration and Payroll
• Knowledge in Training and development
• Organizational Culture
• English Level: B2-C1 Conversational
