The Solution Architect will be part of the Cross Industries Solution Architecture team at LATAM level, supporting customers across different industries by designing innovative, scalable, and value-driven Salesforce solutions.



This role will act as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, driving digital transformation initiatives through Salesforce Platform capabilities, Customer 360, multi-cloud solutions, emerging technologies such as Agentforce, and the effective adoption of AI-powered tools to accelerate solution design, improve productivity, and deliver greater customer value.

Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and defining solution visions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions, leveraging the Customer 360 vision and multi-cloud strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and prioritize the product backlog.
