About the role
This position is for an experienced professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise who leads in the supply and demand planning process, and is responsible for making significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance of work area and team.



Works with internal and external team leaders to develop financial forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Business Leaders to develop an 18-month consensus demand plan for assigned Business Unit through the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to capture all inputs to the demand plan and to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting models and methodologies are implemented.
• Integrate firm backlog, order pipeline, bookings forecast, statistical forecasting, portfolio management, NPI, market intelligence and other product demand signals to create a consensus demand forecast.
• Coordinates cross-functional discussions to document and challenge Demand Plan assumptions
