Qualcomm's Marketing Organization is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst, Investments & Operations to join the Marketing Investments & Operations Management team. This highly visible role serves as a trusted business partner to marketing leaders, providing financial oversight, budget management, operational support, and investment analysis across a diverse portfolio of marketing programs and initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring marketing investments are effectively planned, managed, and optimized while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision making.



This position requires strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Budget Planning, Forecasting & Financial Management
• Partner with marketing leadership to develop annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic budgets.

• Build and maintain financial models, planning tools, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions and resource allocation.

• Prepare and manage forecast submissions through enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.

• Provide ongoing budget oversight, including spend tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
