Route Engineering Analyst

The Opportunity

Join PepsiCo's Route Planning team and contribute to business growth and operational efficiency by designing and optimizing delivery routes.

In this role,



you will translate business requests into route engineering solutions using Territory Planner, ensuring alignment with operational needs, service commitments, and established planning standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, monitor implementation results, and refine solutions based on field performance. This is an opportunity to combine analytical thinking, technology, and business understanding to improve distribution operations.

Your Impact

As a Route Engineering Analyst, you will:

• Develop and execute route engineering solutions using Territory Planner, based on business requirements.

• Apply established Route Engineering standards and processes to ensure consistent and accurate route designs.

• Collaborate with Route Planning Coordinators and Field Strategy Managers to clarify requirements and align on proposed solutions.

• Review field performance feedback and adjust route designs when needed t
