Planning Director
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Director to lead Demand & Supply Planning operations across multiple markets, driving excellence in forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP; governance, and business performance. This role will be responsible for developing planning strategies that enable service, growth, and profitability objectives while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
The adecuado candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning within complex, fast-paced environments and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Demand and Supply Planning activities across multiple markets and business units.
• Drive the S&OP; process to ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
• Develop forecasting strategies that improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service levels.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing,
and Supply Chain teams to support business growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across planning operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop planning teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Support strategic projects, business transformations, and digital planning initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Strong expertise in S&OP;, forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Experience leading regional or multi-market planning organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams.
